Bio

Timothy Stiner has been a volleyball coach and teacher for 30 years in the Halifax area. Since starting his career as a teacher in 1994, Timothy has coached at various NSSAF levels, including Junior and Senior High School programs and competitive club volleyball. Timothy has also been on the coaching staff for Volleyball Nova Scotia's Provincial team programs, including as an assistant coach for the Nova Scotia Men's team at the 2017 Canada Games.

Timothy feels fortunate to have collaborated with several amazing coaches willing to share their knowledge and passion for the sport, and has had tremendous enjoyment being a part of the grass roots development as well as working with high performance programs. Timothy looks forward to continuing his growth as a coach and is excited to take on a new challenge with the Saint Mary's Huskies!
